Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or through the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues

  • If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@marieae.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you in locating your package.
  • Marieaé is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses, or orders lost in transit. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.
